Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping

DriftMist ships worldwide and every order comes with full tracking. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak season (Black Friday and the holidays), please allow an extra day or two.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your destination.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email us at xmaslighthouse@yahoo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
